Gaudium

The vinification of Grechetto and Semillon grapes dried in air for four long months, the patient selection berry for berry by hand and the lonely slumber in oak kegs, or make a wine where the sun mingles with the amber, the grapes with apricot and the air with the nut. The bright color of amber recalls the sun at dusk. The nose alternates a considerable wealth of sensations ranging to apricot, walnut and grapes dipped in caramel. In the mouth it is dense, warm and full bodied with acidity that balances the elegantly sweet component giving along finish that leaves the mouth surprisingly clean. It goes at a temperature of 14 °C, with confectionery and dried fruit or chocolate desserts or strong cheeses, blue and spicy. The Gaudium is a meditation wine recommended only for the thrill of another era, centuries of tradition handed down through generations of master winemakers.
