Assisi Bianco Doc

Produced with the first pressing of Trebbiano, Chardonnay and Grechetto grapes, it is fermented at a very low temperature in stainlees steel. Its colour is sparkling clear and has a soft fruity aroma. It is fresh, dry and effervescent, slightly tart but rich in aroma, with all the characteristics required of an easy aperitif but also of a good quality wine. This wine matches well with all those dishes that require an elegant white wine. To be served at a temperature of 8-10°C (46-50°F).
