Amarita

The Amarita is a spectacular natural white that sees a maceration on the skins for several days, a maceration that gives it unrivaled power, depth and complexity. It was born from an experimentation carried out on Semillon and Grechetto grapes, the white grape par excellence of Umbria and only 2000 bottles were produced.

Light amber and shiny in the glass, the nose is initially shy with notes of tea with bergamot, white flower and apricot compote, and then opens up to a majestic and exciting sip. The palate delights us with dried apricot, honey, hints of pineapple and a vibrant and harmonious undertone of fresh bitter almonds but maintains an incredible freshness thanks to its acidity.

Elegant white with structure that goes well with earthen dishes such as pasta dishes rich in cheese, rabbit and chicken, cold cuts and cheeses but it also goes very well with fried shellfish and prawns.
