If you have always wanted to learn how to prune a vine and an olive tree then this course was truly invented for you!
After the guided visit of the winery and the interactive lesson you can recharge your batteries with a lovely buffet of bruschette with Organic extra virgin olive oil of our production, a selection of typical salami of Norcia and Umbrian cheeses and the wonderful typical sweets of Umbrian Cusine; the whole meal will be accompanied by 5 organic wines.
As they complete the course, all participants will receive the certificate of Apprentice Master Pruner!
Provides: guided visit of the winery, lesson of pruning, guided tasting of 5 Wines Assisi DOC and Umbria IGT ,warm bruschetta with organic extra virgin olive oil, a selection of typical salami of Norcia and Umbrian cheeses with jellies and jams and typical sweets of our kitchen.
We advice to wear casual clothes and comfortable flat shoes.
