This wine tasting is best suited for those who are intrigued to know what goes into making a bottle of Organic Assisi Doc wine.
The course will examine each step of the production as they are processed in our organic winery starting with a guided tour of the vineyards and proceeding with a visit of the winery, finishing up with the sensory analysis of wines to understand the real difference between conventional and organic farming. On completion of the course you will receive a certificate of Apprentice Winemaker!
Provides: Guided tour of the vineyards and winery with explanation of differences between organic and conventional winemaking, lesson of viticulture and enology sensory analysis of 5 wines Assisi DOC and Umbria IGT. Wines will be accompanied by hot bruschettes with our organic extra virgin olive oil, a selection of typical salami of Norcia, Umbrian cheeses and typical desserts of our kitchen.
