This is a historic building of Roman times, protected by the Fine Arts and just finished restoring order to be back to all its ancient beauty. It is situated in a large   private car park with cameras surveillance where the guests can park free their cars. The Palace is two - three minutes walk from the historical place of Foligno and all the beautiful monuments of the city and naturally all the chicest and renowned  shops of the city . The Central Station is a 8 minutes of walk and from it you can go in few minutes to all the other famous art  cities of Umbria as Assisi, Spello, Bevagna, Spoleto, Terni, Perugia…
From its windows you can enjoy the parades of the various quarters that take place during the Quintana showing the city twice a year - June and September - to be an ancient and fascinating Baroque town also for all the night with old taverns always open , theatrical  performances and pageants held throughout the city and finally the exciting race between  knights on horseback to win the ring in the Tournament of Quintana. Also for many years now Foligno has become the Capital of Pasta with its spectacular show “ I Primi d’Italia” , organized for the end of September by Vissani, Moroni and many other famous Chefs from around the world giving personal lessons of Haute Cuisine. During these days the city comes alive with exhibitions of special gastronomic delicacies from every region of Italy, with the villages of taste offering each a typical first of each region and with concerts and performances by famous singers and artists held until dawn and then follow the breakfast in the streets to celebrate the new day.
All the apartments of the palace offer all the comfort that a guest can wish . Every apartments has a : Kitchen, Living room, Bathroom and two Bedrooms. All the rooms are furnished of central heating for the winter and ceiling fans for the summer even if the thick walls allow to have always a pleasant and constant temperature.
The Kitchen is supplied with all the electrical appliances and tools necessary for who want to delight in cooking instead of to go out for restaurants or taverns.
The Living room includes a beautiful table of wood for 8 people and a softest sofa in black leather by 6 seats for relaxing comfortably in the evening in front of television.
All the Bedrooms are supplied of sheets and/or duvets, blankets and double pillows. The Yellow Bedroom is perfect for a couple with its comfortable  double-size bed. The Blue Bedroom with its two single beds is adapted to children or a couple of friends .
The Bathroom included  hand basin, toilet, bidet and shower and it is furnished with hair-drier and towels.
For those who want a holiday of relaxation and wellness, then we advise the Sun Fashion Beauty Centre, next to the building, where you can enjoy vibrant cocktails meanwhile their most expert employees masseur your hands and feet according to the ritual Polynesian Lushly or decorate your nails. You can choose many ways to tan from your face to the whole body with low or high pressure shower or comfortable bed luxury or you can have a massage with fragrant e different oils choosing among the many oriental ritual massages available .
