Winemaker for a Day

This course is best suited for those who are intrigued to know what goes into making a bottle of Organic Assisi Doc wine. The course starts in the vineyards and continues in the winery until the sensory analysis of wine. On completion of the course you will receive a certificate of Apprentice Winemaker! Come and visit us to enjoy our wine tastings in Assisi! 

Provides:
- Lesson of Viticulture and Enology Sensory analysis of 5 wines Assisi DOC and Umbria IGT
- Wines will be accompanied by hot bruschette with our organic extra virgin olive oil
- A selection of typical salami of Norcia and Umbrian cheeses and typical sweets of our kitchen.

ON DEMAND It's possible to add a hot and/or cold typical Umbrian dish of season.

Apprentice Oil Taster for a Day

Starting from olives groves up to the sensory analysis of our organic extra virgin olive oils, you will gain an understanding of what goes in to producing an organic extra virgin olive oil of high quality. On completion youwill receive the certificate of Taster's Apprentice!

Provides:
- Olive cultivation lesson
- Sensory analysis of oils
- The tasting of the oil will be accompanied by 3 Assisi DOC wines
- Warm bruschetta, a selection of typical salami of Norcia, Umbrian cheeses and typical sweets of our kitchen.

ON DEMAND It's possible to add a hot and/or cold typical Umbrian dish of season.

Typical Umbrian Lunch

For those who want to make a full immersion of a typical Umbrian lunch, then this is the right solution. It starts with the taste three warm bruschette, then continues with a hot or cold typical Umbrian dish of season, a roundup of salami from Norcia with bread, salad and caprese, after switching to a combination of cheeses with special jams or jellies and honeys from our biological production or other organic producers and finally selected sweets of our Umbrian cuisine. All this is paired with 6 wines DOC Assisi and Umbria IGT.
