Tili's extra virgin olive oil is the pure juice of fresh olives, hand picked when ripe from the sunny gravel hillside above Assisi between the end of September and the beginning of October.
The olives are immediately processed, when their freshness and integrity are at their peak. This is done by first squeezing them softly in a cold atmosphere, so that all the specific features of this excellent product remain intact. It is recommended to store in a cool place away from sunlight. Limited production.
