GaudiumGaudium Umbria Grechetto IGT

The vinification of Grechetto and Semillon grapes dried in air for four months with careful selection of berries by hand and aged in oak kegs. The bright color of amber recalls the sun at dusk.
The nose alternates a considerable wealth of sensations ranging between apricot, walnut and grapes dipped in caramel. In the mouth it is dense, warm and full bodied with acidity that balances the elegantly sweet component giving a long finish that leaves the mouth surprisingly clean. It drinks at a temperature of 14 °C, with confectionery and dried fruit, chocolate desserts or strong cheeses, particularly blue and spicy.
The Gaudium is a wine to be enjoyed for delivering centuries of tradition handed down through generations of masterwinemakers.
