YoungAssisi Young

The Petit Verdot has found its natural habitat in the hills of Assisi because he loves the warm and sunny weather but windy and dry.
The late maturation of the Petit Verdot, vinified together with Sangiovese and Sagrantino, givesing new life rise to a ruby red wine. At the nose the wine is intense and elegant, with scents of violet and red redcurrant binding combined with to the velvet flavours of vanilla. On the palette Young gives a warm persistent taste. Its tannins have been softened by the hint of sweet blueberry, blackberry and vanilla. It matches with all dishes that require a full-bodied and fragant red wine.
To be served at 18-20°C (64-68°F).
