The careful vinification of Canaiolo and Sangiovese red grapes, combined with a very long fermentation period at controlled temperature gives this wine a brilliant cherry colour; it has a strong fruity bouquet of freshly pressed grapes, completed by a rich and full body.
Assisi Rosato is recommended to be matched with fried food, vegetable pies and also rice and pasta dishes. It is appropriate for those who want a fresh and full-bodied wine, to savour as a new and tasteful alternative.
To be served at 8-10°C (46-50°F).
