This wine is produced with the first pressing of the typically Umbrian Grechetto grape. The colour is a light, straw yellow; the bouquet is full and fruity. Assisi Grechetto is a full-bodied and dry white wine with the perfect balance between acidity and fruity taste, therefore leaving a unique and persistent aroma. The perfect accompaniment for fish dishes. To be served at 8-10°C (46-50°F).

Cultivation system: Palmet, or fan pruning, with spring cluster thinning and organic farming methods without the use of pesticides and herbicides
Yield per hectare: 6000 litres/ha
Vinification: Soft pressing, free-run juice fermented in stainless steel at controlled temeperature
Aging: Released in spring following harvest, it improves in the following year

Alcohol: 13%vol
