Assisi bianco2Assisi Bianco Doc

Produced with the first pressing of Trebbiano, Grechetto and Chardonnay grapes, it is fermented at a very low temperature, thus developing an average alcoholic content of 12%. The wine is transparent in colour and has a soft fruity aroma. Due to the grapes used Assisi bianco has a fresh, dry and effervescent body, slightly tart but rich in aroma. This wine matches well with dishes that require an elegant white wine. Assisi Bianco is best served at a temperature of 8-10°C (46-50°F).
