rosso2Assisi Rosso

This wine is the result of fermentation including the skins of Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Merlot grapes. After three years in oak barrels and at least six months refinement in the bottle, the wine takes on a strong ruby red colour with an abundant and austere bouquet, rich in fruit and vanilla aromas.
Assisi Rosso is a fuller red wine with a dry and velvety undertone, strong personality. Best enjoyed with roasts, feathered game and tomato-based dishes of Italian cuisine.
To be served at 18-20°C (64-68°F).
